CCTMC Tournament of Champions: An Invitation to Compete!
2018 marks the second year of the CCTMC Tournament of Champions. If managing pediatric trauma with refractory SVT or taking care of Brugada syndrome at the rodeo sounds like your kind of fun, come join us! This year, five teams will compete in two rounds of simulated patient encounters and other challenges to exhibit their critical care knowledge and skills. Round one will commence after Monday’s opening session and continue for the remainder of the afternoon, and round two will commence after Tuesday’s general session and continue until midafternoon. Winners will be announced prior to Wednesday’s closing session.
Teams will consist of two providers and a substitute who can take the place of one of the providers as needed. All team members must be actively practicing critical care transport providers and must be registered attendees of CCTMC. Team members will have plenty of time to enjoy other conference offerings while they are not competing. E-mail cctmcchampions@gmail.com if your team feels up to the challenge.
