Transport, Trauma, and Emergency Nursing Survey

Dear Colleague,

In an effort to more fully understand the challenges you face, the impact you make, and to better meet your needs, we have partnered with numerous other nursing organizations, the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing (BCEN), the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), and the Society of Trauma Nurses (STN)), along with MedEvac Foundation International and the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO), to conduct a survey to better understand the workforce along the emergency nursing spectrum, including transport, trauma, and emergency nurses. We would like to better understand the challenges you face, the resources that are most valuable to you, your overall job satisfaction and feelings of burnout, and your future career plans.

HumRRO will send out a link to the survey in the next week. We strongly encourage you to take the time to complete the survey, as the results will allow us to better tailor our efforts to meet your needs and the needs of your fellow nursing professionals.  Additionally,  the survey includes the opportunity to be entered into a drawing for one of 20 $200 gift cards.  The gift cards can be spent with a variety of retailers or donated to one of various non-profit organizations (see https://www.tangocard.com/the-tango-card/ for list of retailers and non-profits).
