Rooms have been set aside on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 through Saturday, April 24, 2020
at the rate of $149.00 plus tax per night (single/double occupancy).
If guests will be booking their own reservations, please have them contact the hotel by calling toll free at 866-505-7829 and ask to be connected to reservations.
To receive the group rate, guests must specify that they would like to be placed within the Critical Care Transport Medicine Conference block of rooms or block code 20CC.
Please note, the reservations cut-off date is: March 30, 2020.
After this date, any remaining rooms within the block will be released into the hotel’s general inventory.
