ASTNA is always looking for ways to help improve the industry and what better way than through research. You are invited to participate in a research project entitled Investigating Occupational Stress, Prayer, Resilience, and Post-Traumatic Stress Symptoms in Air Medical Flight Crews that is being conducted by one of our members and facilitated by ASTNA. This study is designed to learn more about how flight nurses and flight paramedics cope with stress in the workplace. Relationships between work stress, the practice of prayer, resilience, and symptoms of post-traumatic stress will be examined.
